COMPENSATION
$51,250 Annual Base Salary
+ Tips + Commissions + Quarterly Bonus
Approximate Total Compensation: $71,000+

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current Cosmetology or Barber License
- Salon leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong recruiting and team-building skills
- Ability to coach and develop salon managers and stylists
- Strong communication and people skills
- Results-driven and accountable
- Willingness to lead by example
