Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident goals

Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, and families

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Complete timely documentation

Qualifications:
