Restaurant Team Member (18+) – Charleys Cheesesteaks
Starting Pay: $12.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and interview performance)

At Charleys Cheesesteaks, every team member plays an important role. We operate with a small, efficient team, so you'll have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the restaurant—from preparing fresh food and serving customers to keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food according to Charleys standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Restock food and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support teammates and assist wherever needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
