Position: Project Manager for Commercial Interior General Contractor
Location: South Florida
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Leadership:Take charge of end-to-end project management, from initial planning to construction completion and client handover.
· Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of contractors, subcontractors, and project staff to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality work.
· Client Engagement:Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring project goals align with client expectations.
· Budget and Schedule:Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
· Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience (5+ years) in managing commercial interior construction projects.
· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
