Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tools, equipment, and industrial supply solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in industrial sales, construction supplies, tools, equipment, MRO, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office applications

Territory includes the Greater Pittsburgh region and surrounding markets.
