We are seeking a Full-Time Recruiter with proven experience to help us scale our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong candidate pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Source, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through phone, text, email, job boards, and networking
- Conduct phone interviews and in-depth candidate screenings
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Track applicant progress and maintain organized, consistent communication
- Represent our company at job fairs and recruiting events
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience required (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates
- Confidence handling high-volume recruiting and managing multiple roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
