We are a growing company specializing in residential and commercial window installation, auto glass, shower doors, storefront glass, mirrors, and custom glass solutions. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in construction or the building trades who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess project needs.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for window, glass, and installation projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and homeowners.
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Stay informed on products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in construction, windows, glass, roofing, remodeling, or building materials.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and the ability to read plans or understand project specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
