Motorcycle / ATV / Side By Side Powersports Shop experience is required for this position.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance on a variety of Side x Sides, ATV's and Motorcycles
-Must have tool box with hand tools
- Mount and Balance Powersports Tires
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in powersports repairs and maintenance
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with Kawasaki and Can-Am is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Previous experience working in a dealership or service center is preferred

- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
