Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening assignments as needed.
Role Highlights

Install top-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems to company specifications

Provide outstanding service and communication to every customer

Support, guide, and help develop less experienced installers on the team

Read wiring diagrams, perform system air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabrication

Balance independent work with strong teamwork in a positive environment
Requirements
-
Minimum 2+ years of documented residential HVAC installation experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints

Universal EPA Certification
-
Solid customer service abilities and readiness to take on leadership tasks

Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 year
Preferred SkillsQualifications

HVAC technical school certificate or formal training

Clean, insurable driving record

Troubleshooting experience
