Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and gain valuable skills in sales, customer service, and food handling.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
