Brightside Windows is expanding our Everett, WA team and looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals who want to build a career with a fast-growing company.
You'll start at $17+ per hour, earn additional performance bonuses, and join as a full-time W-2 employee with benefits offered.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent Brightside Windows in Everett-area neighborhoods
- Connect with homeowners and introduce our window solutions
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations
- Track activity and appointments from your smartphone
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
This is an active, field-based position with plenty of face-to-face interaction and time spent outdoors.

What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable staying active and working outdoors
No sales background? No problem. Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, fitness, athletics, or other people-focused roles can translate well.
