Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Colorado journeyman or master plumbing license, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a background in plumbing, the ability to work on construction sites, and proficiency in various plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and remodeling. Responsibilities
- Receive work order tickets and perform a range of tasks, from preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement services to emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Work alongside service coordinator in the office for scheduling and invoicing customers.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all plumbing activities.
Experience
- Plumbing license
- Knowledge of plumbing, boilers and backflow prevention.
- A variety of tools to complete tasks assigned.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects, kneel for extended periods, and work in crawl spaces and attics
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Familiarity with remodeling projects is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
