Primary Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Quality Manager: Receives material and equipment, loads and unloads trucks according to established receiving procedures. Manages all phases of, receiving, distribution and warehousing of equipment and supplies. Implements, manages and maintains inventory systems to order, control, expedite and inventory supplies Inspection of received goods, components, and equipment as needed per Inspection Control Plans.
Duties:(included, but not limited to)
- Receiving activities in ERP system
- Move transactions in ERP system
- Enter information into Quality Database
- Receiving inspection activities [Inspection Database]
- Update inspection control plans in Quality Database
- Issue NCMR’s:
- QP 8301 Nonconforming Material Process.doc [NCMR Database]
- QUA containment area(s) being organized and accurate (INSP, QANET, QARI, RTV, QCNCM, etc.)
- Calibration procedure:
- QP 7601 Control of monitoring and measuring devices.doc [GagePACK]
- Receive RMA’s – Engineering and QUA Tech A. supervised as needed
- QP 7206 Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process.doc – [RMA Database]
Assist manufacturing operations in basic inspection methods; in-process and final inspection, verifying conformance to customer standard and internal requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
- Some heavy lifting required up to 30 lbs.

Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints.
Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS outlook, MS Access.
Ability to collect data for capability studies and Gage R&R Studies.

Education and Experience:
Highschool diploma preferred, previous receiving experience preferred. Problem solving ability, ability to read and follow directions.
Minimum Training Requirements:
· ESD training
· 6S training
· Forklift training
