Nu-wool Co., LLC is a local, rapidly growing manufacturer producing innovative products made from recycled fibers for multiple industries. We're looking for a 3rd shift Production Foreman to support our Jenison facility and keep our equipment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
-Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork involved with the production of materials being produced.
-Responsible for actions of subordinates.
-Conducts start of shift meetings.
-Responsible for proper plant shut down and start up.
-Responsible for communication of schedules and production metrics.
-Maintains safety and quality in production area.
-Responsible for all phases of the operation of production of insulation.
-Additional duties required by Supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises 10+ subordinates on same shift.

Education and/or Experience
High School Degree helpful. Prior work experience in manufacturing.
