Job Description:
MLD Roofing & Construction, Inc. – a licensed, insured, family-owned, 5-star rated roofing company - is seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, has existing people and project management experience, and eager to build a rewarding career in the roofing industry. Roofing experience is not required - Construction professionals in aligned industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple crews and projects across our service area
- Perform roof/work/crew inspections and document with extensive photos throughout the projects
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, the MLD Roofing process as needed
- Work closely with main office and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Meet and exceed quality and scheduling targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous people and field project management experience (roofing or construction a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time, materials, and others effectively
- Valid driver’s license, insurable, and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided)
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
