**Job Summary:**

We are currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and bathing assistance to residents, helping them maintain their health, comfort, and confidence each day.
**Duties:**
- Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene according to individualised care plans
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and privacy during all bathing procedures
- Monitor residents’ skin integrity and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bathing areas and equipment
- Support residents in maintaining dignity and independence
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other caregivers and nursing staff to provide consistent, high-quality care
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in caregiving or as a bath aide (preferred but not required)
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with elderly residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans accurately
- Ability to meet health and background check requirements
