Small Batch Coffee & Bakery is looking for someone to help with drink prep and light bakery production behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be making the items our team uses every day—like cold foams, syrups, and supporting bakery prep—while helping keep the shop running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare cold foams, syrups, and drink components
- Assist with light bakery prep (portioning, basic baking tasks, etc.)
- Restock the bar and kitchen so everything is ready for service
- Wash dishes and keep work areas clean and organized
- Help with daily prep for both coffee and food operations
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and on time
- Works fast and stays organized
- Comfortable following recipes and prep lists
- Willing to jump between coffee and bakery tasks
- Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required
