Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and built-up roofs.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks with precision.
- Conduct roofing repairs such as caulking, flashing installation, and siding installation to ensure weatherproofing integrity.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations including proper use of safety harnesses, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment.
Experience
- Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safe ladder use in outdoor work environments.
- Hands-on experience with roofing repair methods including single-ply membrane systems and metal roofing.
- Background in construction site safety regulations and adherence to OSHA standards or equivalent safety protocols.
