Ketér Salon is looking for a responsible and friendly front desk receptionist/coordinator to join our team!
What you’ll do:
- Attending to clients/guests in a warm and professional manner
- Managing the schedules of our large team of stylists
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Keeping desk and waiting areas in salon clean, tidy and organized
- Reconciling daily financials
- Assisting management with various administrative tasks
- Receiving large product orders
- Responsible for cash register and maintaining its balance
Who we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with Meevo Software is a huge plus!
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused during high volume business hours
- Be a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction to get things done
- Pride in work ethic, presentation, and execute daily responsibilities
- Be a reliable and exceptional team player; it is important that we always work together as a team
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality
- Detail oriented and organized
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with money handling
- Professional appearance
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust work schedule occasionally to support salon & team
- Availability to work some weekday evenings and a weekend day
