LVN / LPN - LTC
Location: New York
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Timings: Mid 5x8-Hour (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Pay: $1,700/week
Requirements:
- Active New York LPN/LVN license required; pending license not accepted.
- Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home experience required.
- EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
- Previous charge nurse experience required.
- Travel nursing experience required.
- Experience with dementia and degenerative disorders preferred.
- Must be comfortable with behavior management and de-escalation protocols.
- Must be able to obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG.
- Must be willing to float within skillset.
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,700.00 per week
