POSITION: Food Service GM/ Food Service Director
LOCATION: Queens NY
SALARY:90-95K
We are seeking a talented Food Service Director/ GM with solid background in institutional Dining Operations. Experience in a College, School, Hospital or Senior Living setting is required. Must have experience in managing retail outlets, kitchen operations, tray lines and service.
A great communicator with a passion for amazing food and unexpected Guest Experience will thrive in this setting and this is a position. The right candidate will enjoy a work/life balance in a fun and friendly setting, no late nights, great team.
Requirements:
- 3 Years Food Service GM or Director (or very strong Assistant Manager)
- Impeccable Communication Skills
- Front and Back of house leadership
- HR, Onboarding, Office Management
- Retail Sales
- Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation
- Client and Guest Relations
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
