We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a history in remote or in-person sales for service businesses.
- Moving company sales experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Scope of work:
Work from home. You need reliable wifi and an audible device for accepting calls. You will make/receive 10-30 calls per day for moving services. You must be able to learn and use SmartMoving software. You must be able to follow our standardized pricing and provide accurate estimates for moves.
Key metrics:
- Average job value is $1500
- Top close rate of 75%
- Avg close rate of 50%
- Job value ranges from $500-$20,000+
We are looking for people that can close deals. Communicate value and get people on the schedule.
If you can communicate, handle objections, and ultimately get the sale, you will succeed here. Our sales team has a relaxed environment, but we are looking for top performers.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
