What We're Looking For
We are selective in our hiring process and seek dentists who demonstrate:
- Excellent clinical skills
- Strong surgical extraction experience, including wisdom teeth
- Competency in molar root canal therapy
- Outstanding patient communication and chairside manner
- Commitment to delivering top-quality dentistry
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
