Essential Functions:
- Restock shelves
- Service customers face to face
- Operate cash register
- Operate credit card machine
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, ex: pallet jack, tape gun, etc.
- Sort books and place in appropriate location(s)
- Must be able to work safely around moving equipment
- Work in a non-climatically controlled environment throughout the year
- Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors for entire shift
Other Responsibilities:
- Fulfill donations
- Prep work for community events
- Adheres to facility hours to include overtime and weekends during holidays and special events (floating hours may vary each week)
- Other duties as assigned
Starting Salary: $15 - $17 an hour.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication skills and customer relation skills
- Literacy and math skills
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent attendance record
