Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing physician-led surgical and aesthetic practice as an independent contractor. This is a flexible position with days and hours that fit your life — with weekends and after-hours available — for a skilled injector who wants autonomy, strong earning potential, and the backing of a physician-led surgical and aesthetic practice. As an independent contractor, you will bring your specialized expertise to provide personalized care in a professional and welcoming environment. Bring your own patients and treat ours as well. Your passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence will empower patients to look and feel their best while upholding safety and sanitation standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct consultations to assess patient needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
- Perform injectable and non-invasive aesthetic treatments
- Deliver natural, individualized results through careful and honest treatment planning.
- Work with on-site physician support
- Use our scheduling, charting, and billing systems for one seamless, standardized patient experience.
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing services and engaging with patients online.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed, experienced injector (NP or physician associate) in good standing in Florida.
- A proven aesthetic eye and a track record of natural-looking results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Professional, warm, and patient-focused — someone who earns trust and builds loyalty.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- The injector pays a fee for half- or full-day use, while the practice provides the facility, products, supplies, and devices, with a production bonus to reward growth.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, given the community we serve.
Laser Experience Is a Bonus — Not Required
Experience with laser and energy devices (Soprano laser hair removal, CO2 resurfacing, TED hair restoration) is a welcome plus but not required. If you are a strong injector without laser training, we will support your training so you can add this to your skill set, perform it, and earn those services too.
