Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, to ensure a spotless environment.
- Handle light laundry duties such folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Execute floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of all baseboards & doorframes to keep all flooring pristine.
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with floor care methods such as cleaning and floor polishing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different environments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
