Position: Chemical Blender
Location:Auburn Hills
Responsibilities:

Ensure blended materials are properly mixed and stored according to guidelines set by the Operations Manager.

Properly store raw materials according to MSDS, MIOSHA, state, and federal guidelines, as well as directives from the Operations Manager.

Take samples and ensure they are properly tested by laboratory personnel.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date blending log, recorded daily.

Strictly observe safety policies and practices.

Communicate effectively with maintenance, scheduling, and lab personnel to achieve daily production objectives.

Maintain production operations in accordance with CGMP and NSF standards.
Additional Responsibilities:

Understand material flow throughout the facility thoroughly.

Interface with production, warehouse, and maintenance employees to ensure strategic goals and procedural requirements are met.

Ensure adherence to safety, responsible care, and other applicable procedures.
-
Perform responsibilities related to the Quality Management System as per procedures.
-
Ensure production team members and material handlers perform their job responsibilities according to procedures.

Perform specific work assignments as required by the Operations Manager.
