EGGDOSE Front-of-House Application – Cashier & Barista
Location: EGGDOSE At City Food Hall Orlando – 1412 Alden Rd, Orlando, FL 32803
Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time, Morning Shifts (Weekends Required)

We’re EGGDOSE, a high-end quick-service breakfast spot known for our quality food and standout service. We’re looking for a friendly, sharp, and presentable cashier-barista to lead the front-of-house experience.
Who You Are:
- Charming and presentable – you represent the brand
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working early mornings
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Naturally great at connecting with people
- Confident with upselling and increasing average ticket size
- Experienced or comfortable as a barista (espresso, foams, basic latte art a plus)
- Enjoy multi-tasking: taking orders, handling payments, preparing drinks, and running food
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Have great communication and teamwork skills
- Front-of-house experience in restaurants or cafes is a big plus
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a smile and set the tone for their experience
- Take orders accurately and upsell when appropriate
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to EGGDOSE standards
- Handle payments and manage the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front station
- Support cooks and team members to keep service running smoothly
- Be ready to step in wherever needed to keep the operation flowing
