Your Mission:
Once our sales team sells a project...
You own it.
Your job is to make sure every project gets completed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
You'll coordinate crews, suppliers, subcontractors, customers, schedules, and materials to keep everything moving.
Your success allows our sales team to stay focused on bringing in more work while you ensure every project becomes another 5-star review.
Responsibilities
- Schedule sold projects
- Coordinate daily production schedule
- Order materials and equipment
- Schedule deliveries
- Dispatch crews
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Visit jobsites daily
- Solve problems before they become emergencies
- Work with office staff on permits and paperwork
- Keep JobTread updated
- Maintain production calendars
- Ensure projects stay profitable
- Ensure quality control on every project
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers
- Help create an amazing customer experience

Experience Preferred
Experience in one or more:
- Decorative Concrete
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Excavation
- Hardscapes
- Pools
- General Contracting
- Residential Construction
Project management experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
If you're organized, driven, and willing to learn, we'll teach the rest.

Being comfortable with technology is a plus.
Compensation
$65,000–$80,000+ annually
Based on experience.
