Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, requests, and account updates as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $22.20 - $23.20 per hour
