Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders according to care plans
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to supervisors or family members
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of senior care and client safety practices
- Experience in hospital, clinic, sub-acute, or post-acute settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Willingness to travel within our service areas:
La Habra, Fullerton, Brea, Anaheim, Villa Park, Santa Ana, Yorba Linda, Placentia, and surrounding Orange County areas
- Bilingual (Chinese-speaking) candidates preferred
