We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Repair Technician to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assess damaged or deteriorated concrete structures to determine repair needs and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, chipping, grinding, or removing loose material using hand tools and power tools.
- Execute concrete repairs including patching, sealing cracks, applying overlays, and restoring finishes with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete elements.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with team members on demolition, renovation, or restoration projects involving masonry, stucco, or framing work.
- Utilize various hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete surfaces with expert craftsmanship.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site preparation and material handling.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment.

Experience
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete repair or restoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, forming, finishing techniques, and curing processes.
- Familiarity with construction estimating procedures for project planning and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with rebar installation, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, or similar trades is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, and site safety standards.
