A warm family in Cold Spring Harbor is seeking a part-time nanny/family assistant to replace their beloved nanny of two years who is relocating. They are looking for a dependable, nurturing, organized nanny who enjoys working as part of a team and is looking for a long-term position.
Mom works part-time as a therapist, so her schedule varies each week, but she is very hands-on and involved with the children. This is a collaborative position where the nanny and mom work together throughout the day to keep the household running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Primary care for the family's 15-month-old during the day
✔️ School pickups and transportation to activities as needed
✔️ Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
✔️ Homework support and after-school routines
✔️ Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
✔️ Children's laundry
✔️ Organizing children's clothing, toy rotation, and child-related organization
✔️ Light family assistant duties related to the children

Additional Details:
✔️ The nanny will rarely be responsible for all three children at once.
