Project Coordinator
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is a member of the Customer Operations Department and reports directly to the Project Supervisor. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders from initiation through completion. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure orders move efficiently and accurately through each stage of production while providing support for customer communications through a shared inbox.
Primary Responsibilities
Rush, Priority & Drop Ship Order Management
- Maintain and manage the Rush and Priority Order tracking spreadsheet.
- Communicate priority changes and scheduling updates to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor order progress and proactively identify potential delays.
- Track and monitor drop ship orders to ensure timely internal processing.
On-Hold Shelf & GAP Workflow Management
- Manage the On-Hold Shelf and GAP Shelf workflows.
- Follow up with internal departments on delayed or paused orders to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving through production.
- Provide timely status updates to leadership on workflow progress and outstanding issues.
Shared Inbox Support
- Monitor and manage the shared inbox, serving as the primary point of communication for order status updates, estimated completion dates, and production timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order progress by providing accurate and timely updates based on information gathered from internal departments.
- Document all customer communications and order updates in the appropriate internal systems.
- Escalate complex or high-impact customer concerns to the Project Supervisor as appropriate.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
