Job Overview
We are a licensed Missouri craft cannabis microbusiness seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team.
This is not a large MSO environment where team members get lost in the crowd. We are a small, focused team where every person plays a meaningful role in the quality of our product, the standards of our facility, and the reputation of our brand.
The Cultivation Technician will work directly under cultivation leadership and support daily plant care, room maintenance, fertilizer and nutrient mixing, harvest activities, sanitation, compliance, and overall cultivation operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in plant health, consistency, cleanliness, and premium cannabis production.
The right candidate will be dependable, coachable, detail-oriented, and serious about learning the craft of cultivation. Because we are a microbusiness with room to scale, this position offers the opportunity to broaden your skill set, learn quickly, and help shape the standards of a growing craft cannabis brand.
