Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as PAR POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Assist with shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring proper coverage during busy hours.
- Support food safety management practices, including sanitation procedures and compliance with health regulations.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased sales and improved profitability.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes hospitality management, culinary excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience in the food industry or hospitality management roles.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, team training, and customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively during shift management
- Proven leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training & development, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of food production processes

WEEKLY PAY.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
