We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the face of the company in local neighborhoods, closing deals for our high-speed washing crews. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, active outside sales environment where your income is completely uncapped and directly tied to your performance.
Responsibilities
Direct Lead Generation: Execute strategic daily routes to identify and pursue new residential and commercial business opportunities through proactive, face-to-face door-to-door prospecting.
Full Service Sales: Pitch our complete, premium menu of exterior solutions, including high-pressure washing and specialized soft-washing for driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, and siding.
Close the Deal: Confidently handle objections, deliver immediate on-site visual estimates, and secure signed service agreements on the spot.
Coordinate with Crews: Sync with our high-output equipment teams to ensure your closed accounts are seamlessly scheduled and serviced.
Brand Representation: Act as a polished, professional ambassador for Cypress's top exterior cleaning brand, maintaining absolute integrity and customer service at every door.
Compensation & How You Get Paid
This is a 100% performance-based, piece-rate commission role designed exclusively for hungry, self-motivated hustlers.
The Structure: Earn a flat $50.00 for every standard driveway you close, or a premium percentage on larger full-home soft-washing and commercial packages.
The Condition: Payout is strictly dependent on a two-step completion: you must successfully close the customer, and our crews must complete the physical washing service.
Earning Potential: Because our commercial setups blast through 10,000 sq ft an hour, we clear jobs faster than anyone else in Texas. With our field teams averaging 5 to 10 completed jobs per day, you can realistically expect to earn between $250.00 and $500.00+ daily ($1,250 – $2,500+ weekly) as our crews rapidly service your closed deals.
Experience & Requirements
Unwavering Grit: Prior experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or sports environments is a plus, but not required. If you have the drive, we will train you on our exact scripts.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills and an enthusiastic personality to foster immediate trust with homeowners.
Self-Discipline: Ability to work completely independently in an outdoor, active field environment while maintaining intense personal motivation.
Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation to navigate to and from assigned field territories daily.
