What We Offer:
- $19-$21/hr (based on experience)
- Commissions: Earn up to $3,500/year

Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our studio’s success by:
- Driving membership sales and hitting sales targets
- Providing top-notch customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and managing studio operations while ensuring clients have an amazing experience
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Supporting marketing efforts and community outreach
What We're Looking For:

- Sales Enthusiasts: Experience in sales and customer service (1+ years preferred)
- People Skills: You’re approachable, outgoing, and love connecting with people

Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekday and/or weekend shifts (mornings or evenings as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Sales and customer service experience (preferred)
