Job Summary:
Are you passionate about connecting with people and helping them find services that improve their daily lives? Join our dynamic Field Sales team and represent Spectrum, Frontier & Verizon Home and Mobile Services at local community events including Fairs, Farmers markets, Swap meets, malls and Supermarkets.
You’ll be the face in the community, working in high-traffic areas to identify customer needs and match them with the right Internet, TV, and Mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Spectrum, Frontier & Verizon Home and Mobile services at scheduled community events and pop-up locations.
- Actively engage with attendees to promote and sell Internet, TV, and Mobile services.
- Build rapport with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable service packages.
- Collaborate with a team of Field Sales Representatives to maximize event impact and lead generation.
- Track and report sales activity, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Spectrum service offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down event booths and promotional displays.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in field sales, Wireless sales, event marketing, or direct customer interaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in outdoor and high-traffic environments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Not Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
