- Supervise and lead cleaning staff, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to standard.
- Conduct regular inspections and address cleanliness issues promptly.
- Create and manage cleaning schedules and ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment; order and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, incidents, maintenance needs, and operational issues.
- Respond to customer concerns and implement improvements to cleaning procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, supplies, schedules, and staff performance.
Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
