Overview
Rozana is an upscale Indian restaurant in Caldwell serving globally inspired dishes with an Indian twist in a modern and elegant dining environment. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Dishwashers who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and supporting a smooth kitchen operation.
In this role, you will play a key part in keeping the kitchen running efficiently by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
Responsibilities
Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service
Operate and manage the dishwasher efficiently
Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned and sanitized
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with basic cleaning tasks such as trash removal and floor maintenance
Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to cleanliness and organization
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed
Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
Weekend and evening availability preferred
