We’re looking for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Observability platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across service management, monitoring, and automation ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design

Architect end-to-end solutions using BMC Helix ITSM Suite:

Incident, Problem, Change, Release

Asset & Service Request Management

CMDB
-
Design observability strategies using tools like BMC Helix Operations (AIOps) and Dynatrace
-
Build dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, and infrastructure monitoring solutions

Define end-to-end observability architecture across applications, infrastructure, and cloud
Platform Expertise

Work extensively with:

Implement and manage:
