Supplier Onboarding Support
Location: Hybrid, Westminster, CO.
Duration: Contract
Pay: $25-27/hr

Overview
The Administrative Associate III supports procurement and supply chain teams by managing the end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into a cloud-based Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for suppliers navigating the onboarding process, while also coordinating internally with buyers, data teams, and approval groups to keep workflows moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact suppliers through the SRM platform to provide onboarding instructions and ensure all required documentation and compliance paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
- Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers experiencing technical or procedural issues during onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal data governance teams to resolve data entry errors and system bottlenecks.
- Identify non-responsive suppliers and escalate to the assigned buyer to verify contact information and reinforce onboarding urgency.
- Identify gridlock within internal approval workflows and escalate to the appropriate groups to ensure timely authorization.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders (buyers, program managers) and external suppliers regarding onboarding status and timelines.
- Update tracking dashboards and metrics to reflect real-time pipeline status and flag potential risks.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and onboarding documentation throughout the process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of related experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain administration, or supplier management preferred.
- Familiarity with Ivalua or a similar SRM/procure-to-pay platform preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide external parties through complex administrative processes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of supplier files simultaneously.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and navigate internal organizational structures to resolve delays.
