As a Project Manager at Kingery, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the overall planning and coordination of construction projects. From the initial conceptual development to the completion, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering construction projects successfully by collaborating effectively.
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and team members.
- Accurately developing estimates and bids.
- Performing well under pressure.
- Monitoring and managing project costs to stay within budget.
- Forecasting and adjusting project costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Processing pay requests efficiently.
- Lead project meetings and record minutes.
- Resolving personnel and document-related conflicts.
- Reviewing construction documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Promoting a safe working environment.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, business administration, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in the building trade is preferred.
