Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center is seeking an organized and personable Office Manager to oversee daily operations and manage customer interactions at our facility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong background in office management, clerical tasks, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations
- Greet customers and manage customer questions
- Manage phone and email communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate customer enrollment using facility's management software
- Manage waitlists, class changes and account updates
- Post and collect tuition payments
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Utilize enrollment system software
- Collaborate with leadership team members
- Updating website information
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and customer management software
- Strong phone etiquette
- Experience with front desk operations
- Being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
