Racing Motors is looking for an energetic and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Representative to join our growing dealership in Hallandale Beach.
Your primary responsibility will be contacting internet leads, answering customer questions, setting appointments, and bringing qualified customers into the dealership. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
- Contact internet leads by phone, text, and email as quickly as possible.
- Follow up with customers who inquire through CARFAX, Facebook Marketplace, our website, and other advertising sources.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle availability, financing, pricing, and dealership information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective buyers.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Follow up with unsold leads and previous customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers have a great dealership experience.
- Meet daily goals for calls, texts, follow-ups, and appointments.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day.
- Customer service, BDC, sales, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
