Chevrolet of Naperville is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Service Team. This role serves as a key connection between the dealership and our customers by providing convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, supporting mobile service operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
This full-time position offers higher-than-average compensation ranging from $22–$47 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level. We believe in rewarding top talent and offer wages that reflect the value our team members bring to the organization
- Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customers' homes, workplaces, or other preferred locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before and after service.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding appointment status, arrival times, and completed services.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure efficient scheduling and service execution.
- Safely transport vehicles when necessary for services that cannot be completed remotely.
- Assist with loaner vehicle exchanges and customer transportation needs.
- Ensure customer vehicles are clean, secure, and handled with the utmost care.
- Accurately document services performed and communicate any additional maintenance recommendations.
- Represent Chevrolet of Naperville professionally while delivering a convenient, dealership-quality service experience directly to customers.
- ASE Certifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate automatic transmission vehicles; manual transmission experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
