Focus People is looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our internal recruiting team.
This is an in-office position with a fast-moving staffing company. We are looking for someone who already understands agency recruiting and knows what it takes to keep candidate pipelines moving, fill multiple jobs at the same time, and communicate consistently with candidates, clients, and the internal team.
This is not an entry-level recruiting position.
The right person has already recruited in a high-volume staffing environment, preferably for warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, light industrial, skilled trades, administrative, call center, or similar hourly positions.
Recruit candidates for multiple active client openings
Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and other recruiting methods
Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, work history, availability, pay expectations, reliability, and overall fit
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and internal account teams
Prepare candidates for interviews and client assignments
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process
Manage multiple jobs and candidate pipelines at the same time
Follow up with candidates quickly and consistently
Keep candidate records, notes, status updates, and follow-up activities accurate in our ATS
Work closely with other recruiters, account managers, salespeople, operations, and leadership
Communicate recruiting challenges, candidate feedback, pay concerns, and market conditions to the team
Help maintain candidate flow for recurring and high-volume positions
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs when needed
Follow Focus People's recruiting processes and employment compliance requirements
Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish
Proven high-volume recruiting experience
Experience recruiting hourly employees
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, follow-up, and candidate closing skills
Experience managing several open positions and candidate pipelines at the same time
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls, texts, and emails every day
Strong organization and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently without needing constant direction
Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
Able to prioritize work as hiring needs change throughout the day
Comfortable being measured on recruiting activity and results

Required:
2+ years of recruiting experience
High-volume staffing or agency recruiting experience
Experience recruiting hourly employees
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency
$50-$55,000/yr
Full-time, in-office position in the Atlanta area.
