Paletería Aldama Crew Member
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join our growing paletería. Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare menu items including paletas, mangonadas, aguas frescas, fresas con crema, elotes, and specialty snacks
- Operate the cash register and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service
Qualifications
- No experience required; food service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
