Job Summary
LA Fitness front desk staff, or Member Services Representatives, are the face of the club. They handle member check-in, answer questions, Studio sales and provide top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and guests warmly
- Processing balance clear ups, Renewal memberships, and Pilates memberships.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Handling member concerns and issues
- Promoting club services and programs like our Pilates and Glute studios.
